Parma è la nostra gara di casa e quest'anno è stata per noi un banco prova molto importante anche se abbiamo potuto tirare solo nella libero 35, purtroppo durante la qualifica lo Starlight si è alzato molto e a tentato di uscire a sinistra Romano a dovuto togliere gas e durante questa manovra il muso a sbattuto a terra violentemente ed un mozzo a ceduto, peccato perché i motori adesso vanno veramente bene e sono tornati a girare forte.

Un grande arrivederci al prossimo anno ed saluto a tutti.  


Parma is our home pull and this year has been for us a very important test pull although we could only pull in Mod. 3.5t, unfortunately during the qualification the nose go up to much and tried to leave much left, Romano had to remove gas and during this maneuver the face slammed to the ground violently and a front hub broken, too bad because the engines sound now well and returned to run strong and fast.

Ready for Parma

Oggi abbiamo acceso i motori con i nuovi  turbo e tutto sembra essere ok per partecipare domani all'ultima gara del campionato Italiano che si svolgerà a Parma, vi aspettiamo numerosi per scoprire insieme a noi se le modifiche effettuate avranno portato i risultati sperati!

Fiume Veneto

Fiume Veneto è stato per noi un banco di prova, visto che dobbiamo cercare di risolvere i problemi ai motori, quindi abbiamo provato a fare una tirata nella libero 45 e qualche miglioramento c'è stato ma comunque non abbastanza, visto che durante il tiro della libero 35 il problema alle frizioni si è ripresentato, torniamo a casa un po' delusi ma con tante idee in testa per la prossima stagione, ma comunque con un secondo posto inaspettato!

Fiume Veneto was a test for us, since we have to try to solve the engine problems, so we tried to do a pull in the 4.5 mod., and there has been some improvement but not enough, given that during the pull on 3.5 mod. problem at the clutches  has come back, we go home a little 'disappointed but with so many ideas in our head for the next season, but with an unexpected second place!

Pezzolo

Pezzolo é la prima gara del campionato italiano 2013, e da quest'anno il nostro trattore in Italia correrà solo nella categoria libero 35, decisione presa per cercare di non sollecitare troppo lo Starlight e per creare più divertimento per il pubblico visto il numero di partecipanti iscritti.

La qualifica è stata abbastanza dura ed abbiamo ancora problemi con i turbo ma siamo riusciti ad arrivare ai 100mt ma in finale le frizioni non hanno resistito visti i pochi giri motore e sono collassate .

I lavori da fare sono ancora tanti ma siamo fiduciosi ed andiamo avanti convinti che i risultati arriveranno!

Pezzolo is the first pull of the Italian championship in 2013, and this year our tractor in Italy will run only in 3.5 mod, decision for try to don't stress too much the Starlight and to create more fun for the public in Italy this year we have many participants members in that class.

Qualifying was tough enough and we still have problems with the turbo but we make the full pull, in the pull off the clutches could not resist because engines don't turn fast and it have collapsed.

The work to be done are still many but we are confident and believe that we go forward the results will come!

Bernay First Eurocup

Bernay è stata per noi la prima gara di campionato europeo, un evento veramente ottimo e che ormai conosciamo bene, abbiamo risolto il problema al riduttore che  ci ha fermato in Germania ma a causa di  problemi di assetto ed i motori che fanno fatica a salire di giri non siamo nemmeno riusciti ad arrivare ai 100mt durante la qualifica.

Bernay was for us the first European Championship pull of the season, a really great event that we know well, we solved the problem to the left reductor that stopped us in Germany but we have trouble to balance setting of the tractor and engines don't make hight rpm stopped Starlight at 92.6m during the qualify.

Fuchtorf 2013

        Come ormai consuetudine la prima gara dell'anno per noi si svolge a Fuchtorf in Germania, una competizione quasi come fosse una gara di Eurocup visti i team presenti.

Quest'anno abbiamo trovato una pista totalmente diversa rispetto a quella degli anni precedenti, veramente ottima, ci siamo presentati con un set-up dei motori totalmente nuovo, 2 turbo per ogni motore, e quindi tutto era da sperimentare, ma nonostante tutto non possiamo ritenerci insoddisfatti visto che nella categoria 3.5t siamo arrivati quarti e ci siamo qualificati al primo tentativo, mentre nelle passate edizioni non siamo mai nemmeno riusciti ad accedere alla finale, nella 4.5t tutto sembrava procedere per il meglio quando un riduttore ci ha abbandonato durante la qualifica, e quindi non abbiamo potuto scoprire le potenzialità dei motori nella 4.5t

A presto ed arrivederci a Bernay per la seconda gare di Eurocup.

As usual the first race of the year for us is  in Füchtorf in Germany, a competition almost like a race seen Eurocup teams present.

This year we found a totally different track than in previous years, really good, we were presented with a new set-up of the engine, 2 turbos each engine, and then everything was to discover whit this set-up, but nevertheless we can not be unhappy with that seen in the category 3.5t we arrived 4th and we qualified at the first attempt, while in past years we have never even been able to enter the final, in the 4.5t everything seemed to be going well when left reductor has abandoned us during qualifying, and so we could not discover the potential of the engines in the 4.5t

Ready for Fuchtorf

Fuchtorf dai ragazzi del Green Monster Team, Siamo tutti molto ansiosi di sapere se le numerose modifiche che hanno rivoluzionato lo Starlight porteranno i risultati sperati!

First startup Starlight turbo

Il nuovo Starlight è tornato alle origini, per cercare di migliorare le prestazioni abbiamo deciso di montare le turbine sui nostri Allison, consapevoli che il percorso non sarà facile, ma siamo fiduciosi di poter ottenere buoni risultati con queste modifiche, ed eccolo oggi alla prima accensione sembra già suonare bene!


The new Starlight is back to basics, to try to improve the performance we decided to mount the turbos on our Allisons, we know well that the way will not be easy, but we are confident that we can achieve good results with these changes, and today at the first start already it sound good!
